BOOKING PROCEDURES:


Our operation Executives will revert you with your Itinerary / Cost booking options & status within 1 Day period of receipt of your email.



Room Reservation/Cancellation Policy:


Check in/Check Out time 12.00 Noon.
All bookings are guaranteed against Credit Card Guarantee or 20% Of total cost.
In the case of "No Shows" Ayurveda Bhavan at Rishikesh, reserves right to charge Retention charges of 20% of your total cost to your credit card.
Cancellation should be notified 15 Days prior to arrival of Local Standard Check - In Time 12 Noon.



Privacy Policy :


Your credit card details are safe and secured and not being passed on to the any other agency.
There is no additional charges/hidden charges in the booking done, once the confirmation received for the amount to you by a bill copy in the email.



Refund Policy :


We will not arrange for refund through cheque payment/ Cash or through credit of your card account, in case of cancellations as per prescribed limits for advance payments
have been done. You can have few days Date change possibility, depending upon availability.



TERMS & CONDITIONS:


For Package Booking :

Check In/Out time is 1200 hrs unless otherwise specified.
Meal Plan : EP-Room only, CP-Bed and Breakfast, MAP- Breakfast and Dinner (Half Board),
AP-Breakfast + Lunch and Dinner (Full Board), In the event of No-show, Ayurveda Bhavan at Rishikesh reserves the right to charge retention of 10%of total cost to the guest.



Cancellation policy


Reservation can be changed or cancelled before 15 days from the date time of the check in else cancellation charges are applicable.
However specific cases different cancellation policy applicable.



Payment :


As per mentioned prepaid for full stay or part stay. All extras to be paid to Ayurveda Bhavan at Rishikesh before check out.
